Welcome to Young Amigos
This site is for children from five to eleven years old, who would like to know more about life in Uganda and help in some small way to make a positive change to some of the many needy children who live there.
Many children in Africa your age don't have parents and can't afford to go to school. They don't have beds to sleep on or enough food each day to help them grow strong and healthy. That means it's unlikely that they will be able to have an education or the opportunity to earn enough money to live when they are older.
